CRA were very professional in handling my insurance claim from the RAA. I was very impressed how quickly the RAA acted on my claim. On the same day CRA contacted me arranging a tradesman to secure the opening and making it safe. Fantastic! Storm and wind gusts later in the week snapped a weld on the fence support and I lost another section. A big thank you to the SES working in heavy rain and wind to make it safe once again at 10pm on a Saturday night. In the meantime CRA contacted the RAA for approval to have the steel supports strengthened as I feared that just replacing the fallen fence, it would go again. Took a little time but in the end approval was given. Thank you to Andy at a company called ‘ All retaining Walls’ (contracted through CRA) for suggesting and carrying out the end work. Top job all round by everyone involved.
