Brett and his team have done an awesome job for us. We did a second story bump out extension and couldn't be happier with not only the results but the whole process with Surfside Homes. We love our larger more modern home now. Brett is an award winning builder and a top bloke. Erin was amazing help with design choices and made for a fun day out. I'd 100% recommend Surfside Homes to anyone.

I have worked with Brett in a professional capacity as a Building Designer on a number of projects now and highly recommend him to my clients. He has the client’s best interests at heart and provides them with the best construction advice to realistically achieve their high expectations. He is transparent with his costs and flexible in meeting his client’s requirements. I would strongly recommend Surfside Homes for building your new home.

Building with Brett has been the greatest experience of my life. He is the most honest, genuine, and hard working business owner I have ever come across. The care Brett had for me through the entire process made me feel so comfortable and excited throughout the build. Brett did everything in his power to keep things to my budget and was the best communicator. He responds personally to every query and nothing is ever too much trouble. You get to deal directly with the builder who is personally building your home, no office sales people or unanswered emails- You get to talk to your builder and your builder only. I have just moved into my dream home and it would not have been possible if not for Brett. I could not recommend Brett or Surfside homes highly enough. If you are considering building you must talk to Brett, because I can assure you even after one conversation you won’t want to look anywhere else. Best decision of my life!
