  We finally have built our retirement home on our land we bought at Tin Can Bay a few years ago, my husbands dream I finally agreed to, thanks Scotty for your time🥂 Thinking back, we were lucky to chat to Scotty from DQH purely by chance. We just wondered into a display home at Harmony one rainy Sunday and frequented there nearly every weekend for months to get answers to our many questons. We could not have wished for a more friendly and up front guy to guide us with council regulations as our land backs onto State Forest, and we had built a big boats shed on the land too. We thought we would challenge Scotty to fit a house on what land was left, his knowledge and awareness of regulations made it possible, Perfect ideas. We totally would recommend Scotty.   I am so glad I was able to select all of the good points about DQH! Our family have owned a site on the Sunshine Coast for over 30 years and when it came time to develop the site, we did a lot of research and it always came up with Dwyer Quality Homes as the best company to build our townhouses. Would thoroughly recommend them for any building project if you want the best quality at the best price. We have now completed the project and are totally satisfied with the finished product as well as the excellent experience with Dwyer Quality Homes as the builders. I was more than impressed with our site foreman Taylor, who took the project from start to finish in a timely and seamless manner. If you want quality at the right price, you can't go past DQH!

  I have had over 50 years in the building industry and without doubt Scotty Humphrey's would be the most professional new home consultant and helpful person I have met. He has guided us through the complicated process to design and built a new home for our grand-daughter on a very tight site. He has a great knowledge of building design and the building industry. Dwyer Quality Homes are very fortunate to have him.

He accommodated for our new born at the time. SCOTTY WAS SO EASY TO DEAL WITH. 10/10 recommend visiting Harmony Palmview and speaking with Scotty if you're thinking of building.

  We have just completed handover of our new home and wish to highly recommend Dwyer Quality Homes. Our Sales Consultant was Jonathan Broadbent, who from the outset was professional, helpful and efficient. Customising the design was a breeze, not that it needed any more than a few tweaks. The selection process for colours, fixtures and fittings with Maria was mind-blowing but she is fantastic at her job and it was all done in a few hours. We live 1500 km away which wasn't an issue, apart from not being able to travel to see the build at all due to Covid-19. We were kept well informed by our Construction Supervisor, John Spark, who provided lots of photos and updates. John was very easy to work with throughout the process. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend .

  In July 2020 I finished the build of my home on the Sunshine Coast by Dwyer Quality Homes. I chose Dwyers through a referral from a friend who was very happy with her home. I was impressed with their process, service and delivery of an exceptional product at great value. The process was made easy with advice by the team all the way through from land purchase, design phase to completed product. My build supervisor was always available for questions, the finishes were of a very high standard and the build finished earlier than expected. Thanks so much to Dwyers for building my beautiful home. Great job!
