From design right through to delivery, the NuTrend team were nothing short of phenomenal. Every step of the journey felt collaborative, considered, and genuinely customer-focused. Our site supervisor was exceptional — maintaining an incredibly high standard of quality, always approachable, and communicating clearly and consistently throughout the build. The trades NuTrend use are truly the best in the business, and it shows in every detail of our home. NuTrend didn’t just meet our expectations — they exceeded them.   We recently built our dream home with Nu Trend and we could not have been happier! I have so many people to thank but it was the entire process from start to finish that made it a great experience for us. From the time we sat down with Vanessa who helped us with the initial draft designs and patiently made all changes as we requested numerous times, we knew Nu Trend was the right choice for us. The approval process was within the time frame we expected and throughout the waiting period there was proper communication from the team to keep us in the loop. The colour selection appointment was my favourite part and Gaynor is so good and knowledgeable, she made the difficult choices easier to decide My brass fixtures are a big hit with my guests and all thanks to Gaynor for that! Leah and Lenni from there promptly updated us throughout the build process with the work that was being done and answered all our questions timely. Our house was completed within a decent time frame considering the weather and holidays and we so glad to see it all come together. But the biggest thank you and thumbs up goes for our building supervisor Ben, he was absolute perfection! He was very thorough and professional with his work and helped us tremendously get our work sorted. we had a lot of personal items to be installed and he got it all sorted. you know the work is of quality when the professional inspectors cannot find many issues :) so a big thank you to the entire NuTrend team for giving us the house of our dreams. We could not have asked for a better builder. We are definitely coming back when we are ready for our next build

  Nutrend were fantastic from start to finish of our build, they were so accomodating with all our needs and wants in our build as we designed our house from ground up, so it was a lot to work with as opposed to selecting off a plan and they nailed our vision! Thankyou!

  We can’t recommend NuTrend highly enough. We built a house just outside of Gympie with them, and our site coordinator (Zach) went above and beyond for us. Every trade that came was tidy, polite & detail oriented which resulted in our home being absolutely perfect. The office girls are lovely & make you feel at ease as it was our first home. Laura in particular held our hand through everything and never made us feel like a burden. I loved their honesty when it came to colour selections & you can tell they genuinely cared about the end result.

  We did a huge amount of research and had meetings with a range of building companies before deciding NuTrend was right for us. We are so glad we spent the time in choosing our builder as NuTrend have exceeded our expectations each step of the building process. Cody was fantastic with helping us design our home and beyond, always on hand to answer the many questions we had. His expertise in the area and attention to detail is extremely evident. Gaynor is just fantastic in every way, and made what could have been a very daunting colour and fixtures appointment stressfree and seamless. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with via phone and email. Brad was our site manager and his professionalism and commitment to quality craftmanship is amazing. From pouring of the slab to handover, our home took only 3 months to complete. At each walk through during construction and at handover, we were blown away by the quality of everything. We have been living in our home for one month now and have had a couple of very minor maintenance enquiries, all which have been delt with very easily in a timely matter (a huge positive as we have heard horror stories in this regards about other companies). We highly recommend NuTrend for anyone seeking reliable and skilled builders who deliver on all their promises.

  We are about to commence building our home with Nu Trend and at this stage would recommend them without hesitation. UPDATE: We are currently building with Nu Trend Quality Homes. We are very happy with how things have progressed thus far, and feel confident this will continue. Nu Trend have a great reputation and from our perspective it is thoroughly deserved. From their house designs and standard inclusions all the way to the meticulousness of our site supervisor and professionalism of the trades people, Nu Trend are a company that follows through on their promises with complete transparency throughout the process. Nu Trend provide a quality all-inclusive home with no nasty surprises which has allowed us to enjoy the experience of building a new home, something that is unfortunately hard to come by these days. At this point in time, we couldn't say a bad word about Nu Trend and will be highly recommending them.
