We’ve been living in our New Designer Homes (NDH) property since 2016. Although we didn’t build the home ourselves, we were the first to live in it—and it’s been an absolute pleasure from day one. A huge thanks to Graham, Matt, and Marcia for their outstanding after-sales support and customer service. Over the years, we’ve had a couple of very minor issues, and each time they were resolved quickly and without hesitation—even well outside the original builder’s warranty period. That kind of service is rare and truly appreciated. They’ve also gone out of their way to assist whenever we’ve needed copies of building plans or paint codes. The home has held up incredibly well over the past 10 years, a true testament to the quality and workmanship NDH delivers. I wouldn’t hesitate to build with New Designer Homes in the future, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering building a new home.

We are now in our fourth year living in our New Designer home, it still looks like new and we have had no issues. The process to build our home was faultless from start to finish, no delays and very good communication with everyone involved. The fittings and finishes used are of very high quality and are wearing well, if ever we build again we will definitely employ New Designer Homes.

Quality build from start to completion. Excellent communications throughout the build time, comprehensive contracts that were clear and straightforward. Highly skilled tradespeople who took pride in their work and were polite and considerate of the neighbours. This is our second build with New Designer Homes & I can't recommend them highly enough.

We have been in our New Designer Home for just over a year and we are so happy with it. Matt and the team were great to work with. We went to them with a house design we created ourselves and absolutely nothing was an issue for them. The whole process from first slab poured to handover of the keys was so cruisey for us.
