We are very happy with the building extension completed by Shaun. The extension entailed a separate pod comprising a bunk room, jack and jill bathroom and main bedroom as well as a carport. The carport and extension roof joined onto the existing house and was not straight forward. The build was very well managed and the craftsmanship was excellent. Shaun is very professional, capable and knowledgeable and was very attentive to detail. His communications with us throughout the build were very good. Any questions we raised were taken on board and resolved professionally and quickly. Shaun had very good ideas on how to improve the build. We will very happily use Shaun again if we do additional building works and are also very happy to recommend Shaun to anyone embarking on a new build or extension.

Shaun did a bathroom and laundry renovation as well as some other structural repairs in our home and we could have been happier with the end result. The quality of work, reliability of trades, knowledge and advice about the process and the timeframe for the work completed was fantastic. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shaun to anyone and will definitely be in touch again next time we need any building work done.

We have just had our bathrooms and laundry fully renovated by Shaun Guthrie Building and are ecstatic with the final result. Shaun was great to work with, very friendly and approachable, and his communication was excellent. The total project was completed on time and on budget. His team of tradesmen were also great to work with - very skilled and professional in all that they did and always left our house clean and tidy. They took pride in all their work to provide the best possible experience and presented us with great ideas and solutions that have really modernised our home. We fully recommend Shaun Guthrie Building for any building or renovation projects.
