What a pleasure it was to work with Joe and his team! They went above and beyond to create my custom tiny and I am absolutely in love with it. After meeting Joe and seeing the passion and knowledge he has in the tiny industry, I could not have felt more confident and excited to move forward with the LJM team. The whole process was seamless and enjoyable, being involved in each step truly made me feel apart of the build and it was so much fun seeing my tiny design come to life so quickly. The team was so supportive and accommodating throughout, making it such a wonderful experience and far less daunting. I cannot thank Joe and the team enough! I would highly recommend and encourage anyone looking, to go with the professionalism of LJM Tiny Homes.

We chose LJM to build our tiny home because when speaking to Joe he was above and beyond helpful and far exceeded any expectations of what was possible for a tiny house build! We came to Joe asking if he was up for working with our building biologist to consult on our build, because what was most important to me was to take extra precautions to minimize any water leak issues as I'd been very sick from living in moldy rentals. Joe took this on like an absolute champion! He was so happy to have my building biologists input on the build, working with her to create a home that would not only be beautiful, but also a healthy home that I could finally get well in! Joe really cares about the homes his team creates and he really cares about his customers! It was so evident to me from every interaction with Joe! And where possible he just did everything he could for us to make our home as safe as possible! Joe is truly such an amazing guy and so good at what he does! And as a result I believe that our house was built to the highest quality possible! I just can't speak highly enough of Joe’s entire team! They all took on this job, with my special requests like absolute legends! Special thanks to Yannik, Richie, Tim & Corrie - You guys did such awesome work! I could tell that everyone really cared and took the brief seriously, so we could have a home that wouldn't make me sick! I also have to give a special thanks to the amazing ladies on the design team - Sayla and Dallas. You were both so kind, helpful and patient with me with the many design ideas and changes we made! This home wouldn't be as beautiful as it is without all your help! I just cannot recommend the team at LJM enough! They truly are the dream team! I will forever be grateful to each and every person on the team! We feel so lucky to have had this team design & build our home and that everyone cared as much as they did! You all did such a fantastic job! Truly, Thank you all so much! Anyone considering a tiny house should absolutely reach out to LJM, you wont be disappointed! These guys are so innovative with the builds and will go above and beyond to do all they can! I just can't imagine a better customer experience with any other builder! We will absolutely be back when we are ready to add our second tiny to our setup because these guys are absolutely number 1 in our eyes - you couldn't get any better!! Thanks again Team! Tiny house in Tasmania. We had LJM design and build our tiny to lock up, 8.4 x 2.4 x 4.3H. It was transported down south and we have been fitting it out for the last 2 months. Cannot recommend LJM enough! The quality of their work is to a very high standard which has made the fit out smooth. The custom flooring, fibreglass and foam, is incredible. The saving on weight alone is immense, it is also the easiest base I've ever worked with (if you're looking to fit out yourself). If anyone sees this review and has questions, please reach out. I'd be happy to talk through anything regarding transport down to Tas and the process we went through. LJM have a great team though, you won't be disappointed!

Just wow! The LJM team have built the most incredible tiny home for my cats & I. Their knowledge & expertise throughout the design process was phenomenal and they were so supportive every step of the way. No ask was too much & they ensured to incorporate my 2 non-negotiables - a bath tub & a king size mattress!
