  I recently had work completed by Benchmark Building & Construction who were contracted to replace two upstairs windows in my unit. The entire process ran smoothly from start to finish and this is a testament to the positive attitude of all workers of this organisation. Commencing with the initial contact from Clare, the Administration Manager, I have only praise for those with whom I had contact during the completion of the work. The work completed by Winston, the builder on my project, Jack, an apprentice assisting him, and the painter who attended was of exceptional quality and I appreciated their efforts to make the entire process an absolutely positive experience. Winston deserves special recognition for the way in which he spoke to and taught Jack how to complete tasks. He was patient, provided clear instructions, explanations and feedback, and I have no doubt that Jack will learn quickly with such an expert guiding him. All workers who attended were respectful, professional and extremely helpful, willing to assist and answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend this business for building works as the service is nothing short of first rate - from office staff to the drivers, builders, painters and electricians.

  Laundry/ bathroom upgrade Benchmark was recommended to us by another happy customer. We got 4 quotes to do this area but we really felt that Greg listened to us and had some great ideas on how to utilise this space more effectively. He knew his trade and was very informative and knowledgeable. Greg and Clare were easy to contact and discuss updates and any issues affecting our remodelling. We love our new space and are very happy with the quality of products etc. The photos show the transition. From spa to rain shower, from unusable cupboards to storage space. Absolutely would recommend the Benchmark team

  Very happy with Greg and the team at Benchmark. We employed them to install a pool that had limited and difficult access and we couldn't be happier with the result. It did take a little longer than expected, however this was mostly due to the very bad weather we experienced during the build. We would definitely use them again if we need more work done.

Benchmark did a first-class job and completed the works on time and on budget. Their workmanship is quality and their advice excellent. Any issues that arose during the works were handled professionally by Benchmark. I'd especially like to thank Clare who ensured the works ran smoothly and efficiently at all times and Craig who provided input and advice during the works which was of great assistance. We can't recommend Benchmark highly enough.
