At the beginning during our search for a builder to build us a new home we approached many companies around our local display villages. Dave from Total Creative Constructions had a very personalised, honest and customer focused approach in helping us achieve our goals. Throughout the build, from design through to completion, Dave was very punctual and was always available to answer those 'Silly questions' we had. We really liked the flexibility Dave and his team had as well as their recommendations during the planning stage which allowed us to build a house way better then what we could have imagined. Although we had a pretty tight timeline leading up to Christmas, Dave and his team pulled it all together to allow handover before Christmas! I have been and will always highly recommend Dave and his team to anyone requiring their services. Great Job Team!!!

From first meeting Dave it was clear he was an effective listener. We had reviewed the work of eight builders in total, and we felt he would offer the best value for money and be the best person to deal with. We have been completely happy with the entire design and build process. Dave kept exactly to the agreed price and when we wanted changes he informed us up front what that would entail. There were never any surprise charges which helped us to prioritise where we wanted to concentrate our efforts. He offered thoughtful feedback on our design ideas, all of which we took and it added to the total feel of our home. We are pleased to come home from work everyday to a house that really suits us and provides a place to truly live and relax.

We've just moved into our dream home that David and his team at TCC designed and built for us. We were very comfortable with the process during the design stage, fine tuning the design to get to the final outcome, which we can't fault. At no time did we feel pressured into making a decision and we were guided by TCC's very capable salesman, Bob, whose suggestions were invaluable. The follow up from David has been excellent. I do recall our first meeting with David where he made the comment "We are going to be working together for quite a while". And he was true to his word, contacting us for regular updates, onsite meetings to discuss the build and reassuring us that everything was on track, which it was.
