We can't recommend Cogstate Constructions highly enough. We just completed our second project with Cogstate, who executed the job to perfection with efficiency. Not only that, the team took great care to ensure the house was livable during the project, minimising any inconvenience living in a house during weeks of renovations presents. Communication and punctuality were also 10/10. Highly recommended.

First class builders, from initial contact and quote with Scott and his highly skilled team the process was seamless. I recently had Scott complete an extension on my home, and honestly, I’m still wondering how he manages to be both a perfectionist and a magician. Every detail was spot-on, every deadline was met, and he even managed to keep the place clean enough that I didn’t feel like I was living in a construction zone (which is basically witchcraft in the building industry). Scott’s communication was excellent—clear, honest, and refreshingly straightforward. No surprises, no excuses, just solid workmanship delivered exactly as promised. He turned my “simple little extension” into something that looks like it belongs in a magazine. If you want a builder who actually turns up, knows what he’s doing, and won’t give you the classic tradie run-around, Scott is your guy. Highly recommended. If I ever build again, I’m calling him first… whether he likes it or not.

We had our home at wurtulla built by these guys the job was delivered timely and we were notified when things arose(as they do with all Reno’s)It was a live in Reno and I never came home to see something of poor quality throughout the entire build. Finishing were great and we didn’t feel as though the trades were overly impacting our lives. Would recommend and do recommend

Cosgate is the company I've searched for, for 14 years. They are courteous and honest, and more than happy to do whatever it takes to fix up my old neglected house which is unusual. The team are a friendly bunch to have in my home. They're interested in and care about what they're doing, and they do it well. So far, they have built a really beautiful shower in place of the leaky one, and replaced ceilings in 3 rooms. The boss is trustworthy, reliable and accommodating with high standards regarding the finished work. Inexperienced with building as I am, I really appreciate that when he quotes he doesn't try to make the job more than it needs to be. With so much still to be done, I'm very happy knowing I have Cosgate to call on.
