The Kim Olsen Property team have been involved in the recent sale of a renovated property development that was completed by Linear Design & Construct. The Buyers entered into a contract prior to the completion of the renovation which was a massive leap of faith. Not only did Linear Design & Construction deliver on what they had promised; they exceeded our client’s expectations by undertaking and completing additional works to the scope provided in the contract. Linear also completed the works before the scheduled contract date which allowed the Buyers to settle and move into the property sooner. The quality and finish of the home was of the highest standard and the timely manner in which the works were completed resulted in a seamless exchange of contract with our very happy Buyers. I can highly recommend Michael & his team from Linear Design & Construct to anyone considering a major renovation.

Linear Design designed and built my pool house for my recently renovated Queenslander home. Michael was very attentive throughout the design process and took my requirements into account and provided valuable feedback on costs to get the best result, on time and on budget. I would use Linear Designs again on future projects.

Embarking on a major renovation and extension of your beloved home is scary to say the least. Michael and Linear Design & Construct worked with us from original design thoughts all the way to completion. Michael was always ready to meet and talk about our thoughts and ideas. Never once did he question, always thought about it and came back with good reasoned advice - which we always took! Very important was the discussions we had well before the project started to move. We were all very clear about what was to happen from Day 1 with 2-3 changes along the way as possibilities opened up. Michael and his team were always respectful of us and our home - even friendly to the dog - and this is crucial. We moved out for some of the project but were resident for probably half the project. I think all of this led to the exceptional result that we attained. The house is more than we'd imagined, more than we'd dreamt of and we are simply delighted. So thanks to Michael, a potentially scary project was a pleasure and an excitement. I recommend Michael very strongly. Great job Michael!!

Michael has just completed an extensive renovation and extension on our home, he delivered on time and with minimal disruption or stress despite the chaos going on in the building industry with supply issues due to Covid. We were really lucky to have Michael guide us through from the beginning of the design process to the completion of the build. I would highly recommend Linear Design and Construct, we are really happy with the quality of the extension and restoration of the existing house, our block was a difficult excavation with limited access and what Michael and his team have achieved is exceptional.

Linear Design + Construct recently completed a renovation and extension to our house. Michael and his team were exceptionally professional, courteous and patient, even with us remaining in the house throughout the renovation. From the consultation phase Michael's ideas and designs maximised the value we could achieve from the limited space we had to work with. The quality of the renovations are excellent and the work has significantly added to our whole family's enjoyment of living in our home. An excellent project by Michael and his team.
