I recently had the pleasure of having Mark C assist me with a claim for damage after a hail storm in October. Mark and his team were very professional in the way they handled my claim with my insurance company who were very lax in their dealings with the company they appointed to assess the claim. Mark constantly contacted the insurance company trying to find out why they were delaying the process and kept me updated with any progress. He was very understanding of my situation and the stress I was under and was very thoughtful when assisting me as I am in my 80's. I would recommend Mark and the Storm Support Services team to anyone who needs to make an insurance claim after Mother Nature makes her presence known.
