AusPac Homes

A builder that understands!! We are currently building our custom home in Rochedale, Brisbane with Auspac and they have been nothing short of amazing. They are always just a call away and extremely responsive to all of our requests. My fiancé is an architect and we had been wanting to find a builder for our plans for a long time until we met Jascha & Gary and the team at Auspac, we immediately knew they were the right guys for the job! We're now on the final stretch to handover and i cannot wait to move in!! All the best guys!!

As architects we have worked with Auspac Homes on many projects and always found them to be very professional in their work and approach. They always seek the best outcomes for their clients and provide a friendly and attentive service. I'd happily recommend them to anyone who wants a quality house.

We built our lovely house with AusPac Homes last year. They are truly professional, friendly, reliable and efficient. There were three houses being built at same time (two by other builders) in the same location and the difference between the quality and progress was obvious, and we were really happy. AusPac Homes also provides great post-construction services. We troubled them with some issues after the house was built, most of which were actually not their problem. They have always been responsive and helpful (Nic, your "leave it with me" attitude is greatly appreciated!) In summary, AusPac Homes doesn't build cheap project homes and "it was worth every penny" is the only thing I can say about our experience with them. Looking forward to the next opportunity to work with them!

The team at AusPac are exceptional, the truly understand customer satisfaction and are able to exceed the needs of even the most fastidious clients. I have dealt with a multitude of different builders in my professional career and no one gets it like these guys do. PS They Do Big Well!!!

I have worked with AusPac Homes on several Gold Coast projects and have always found them to be very professional. Gary is knowledgeable and easy to deal with during the build process and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for a quality home build.
