Rose & Jim came to our house for review. While Rose had been extremely lovely throughout the review building the relationship with new client Jim was in my opinion was dismissive and exaggerating the cost of build and renovation. I had the feeling that he wasn't interested to take our project to as he would quote that to build a gazebo at a client's he charged $400k. I have given 4 start because, I was caught by my dog groomer running late and Rose and Jim had to wait at our property until I returned which I felt bad. Also they came on a weekend to consult and there was going to be a charge we had to pay but the way how the conversation took place with Jim I did not get the vibe he was super keen with our renovation and build and I gathered somehow Rose knew that and she never charged us for that consultation.

Probuilder is a highly experienced, efficient and skilled company. It’s a ‘one-stop shop’ for your building needs, renovations etc, with great advice, prompt service and, best of all, brilliant carpentry/building. Attention to detail was brilliant…we are thrilled with our new home addition:) Now to paint and furnish !

The team at ProBuilder recently completed an extension of our house. From our first interaction with Jim, we felt comfortable that we were dealing with a diligent and reputable company. Throughout the build, Jim and his team had a great eye for quality and detail, which is absolutely evident in the final product. We couldn't be more happy with the finished product. Pro-Builder and Jim’s team were recommended to us by a neighbour who had repairs carried out on his house. We were fortunate to be able to see the quality workmanship and professionalism of the Pro-builder team in action. When it came to much needed repairs to three walls and replacement of weather boards to our house to prevent leaking, we had no hesitation in engaging Pro-Builder. Our experience was excellent and stress free throughout the whole process. Cannot speak more highly of Pro-Builder and Jim’s team, the workmanship is of a very high standard with attention to detail, and Workplace Health and Safety procedures were also a priority. The onsite team and trades were professional, friendly, respectful and good to have on site. We can now rest assured that the repairs have made our house leak proof.
