We recently built our home with Emerald Developments QLD in Moreton Bay, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, well-organised, and stress-free. The timeframes were clearly communicated and impressively met, which made such a difference throughout the build. It’s not often you hear of a project running so efficiently, but they truly delivered on what they promised. The team was absolutely lovely to deal with — friendly, professional, and always willing to answer our questions. We felt supported and informed at every stage, which gave us great confidence in the process. Most importantly, the quality of our home is fantastic. The finishes, workmanship, and attention to detail really show the pride they take in their work. We are currently building a beautiful new home with Emerald Developments, we first met up with the awesome Cheryl at the display home, Cheryl helped us chose a lovely home called Ava, since then we have had the pleasure of working with Emily in the pre-construction stage. Emily has been absolutely wonderful, and so patient with my changing my mind with variations and colours etc. I can honestly say that we have enjoyed our journey so far. Thanks to you all.

We have been living in our new Emerald home for a couple of weeks now and it still feels like a dream. This is the first time we have built a home from scratch, and the amazing Emerald team were there for us for whatever we needed through the entirety of the build! Communication was amazing and a real highlight for us! We particularly loved the weekly construction updates which clearly articulated what had been completed the week prior, and what was on the schedule for the coming week.
