  We had a great experience with Matt Graham from Plantation Homes! Over nearly two years, he has been incredibly patient and helpful — from our first meetings discussing design options to helping us refine everything even after we returned a year later. Matt truly goes the extra mile, always professional, responsive, and supportive. Our home design feels as close to custom as you can get with a project builder. The rest of the Plantation team, including the interior designers and coordinators, have also been wonderful. We’re now approaching the contract stage and couldn’t be happier to recommend Matt and the Plantation Homes team!

  We had such a fantastic experience with Matt from Plantation Homes! From the very beginning, Matt was so knowledgeable and made the whole process easy to understand. He really took the time to listen to our ideas and brought our vision to life. He made us feel so comfortable throughout and was able to make on-the-spot changes to our initial plan, which we really appreciated. Matt was always quick to respond to all my emails, calls, and messages — his communication and support were outstanding. A big thank you also to Toni, who was an absolute delight to speak with every time. This is actually our second time building with Plantation Homes because our first experience was so positive — and once again, this build has been stress-free and genuinely enjoyable.   My experience with Plantation Homes was truly outstanding. I had initially planned to go with a custom builder, but at the last minute, I decided to explore Plantation Homes and reached out to Toni on a Saturday. Toni was helpful and managed to schedule an appointment for the very next day. During that meeting, I had an good discussion with Matt about our rough design ideas/ plan. Then we worked closely with Matt to refine the design and tailor it to meet our specific needs. As we made several changes to the floor plans, Matt was always thorough, taking the time to explain the pros and cons of each decision. He even used to sketch everything out on paper, which made it easy to visualize. Additionally, I had to make sure the design stayed within my budget, and Matt was able to adjust the plan accordingly to fit my financial constraints. I highly recommend Matt at Plantation Homes to anyone looking to build their dream home.
