Everything from the initial consultation through design, selection of fittings etc. Special shout out to Chris, Louise and Josh for keeping us up to date on what is happening. We are renting next door to our build so we chat to delivery people and they all say the same, That Gardner's line up the trades and deliveries to a precise format. Once again very happy!

I Engaged G J Gardener (Brisbane Outer North Office) for a knockdown and rebuild of my home at Carseldine. The house design I selected is Wide Bay 262 with some modification. The team presented me with a custom floor plan that satisfied all my requirements and remained within my budget. In fact, the projected contract cost was under the estimated cost which allowed me to make significant upgrades to the inclusions. In addition to the new house, my project included replacing retaining walls and fences. The professionalism of the Brisbane Outer North Team is characterised by their communication skills, attention to detail, industry knowledge and workmanship. Throughout the process of planning, colour selection, demolition and new build, the team listened to my needs and responded with clear sound advice and recommendations. The communication with Chris, Phil and Louise has been excellent. To say I am impressed is an understatement, the pace of the build, the standard of detail and workmanship cannot be faulted and I am confident my new home will be completed to the highest standard, on budget and well within the contracted build time. This is the first time I have had a house built, and with the added element of demolishing my existing house, I was expecting the process to be cumbersome, drawn-out and stressful. I have been surprised by how easy Chris, Phil, and Louise have made the whole process. I can honestly say the G J Gardner team I have been working with have made the entire project seamless and stress free. While this is now my forever home, if I was to ever build another house it would definitely be with G J Gardener (Brisbane Outer North Office). We had been mucked around by 4 different builders for varying reasons, from lack of transparency to incredibly poor admin before we meet Chris and Phil, almost immediately they made feel comfortable that we had made the correct choice for some one to build a home of our own design. The admin process has been so stress less compared to what we had experienced, having paid an initial deposit with an other builder that we chose to walk away from and loose that money. The team from colours to on site personnel have all been fantastic, currently with slab laid and frame about to start we are very happy with our choice, because being comfortable with a company you are spending so much with can’t be overlooked from a personal health (stress) view.
