Resinject

As the Manager of a number of buildings on the Gold Coast, I had an urgent need to raise a driveway that had sunken, causing a trip Hazzard for residents and visitors to one of my buildings. From first contact to job complete, I experienced nothing but the best service I could have wanted. the process was simple and without issue, plenty of communication was received from start to finish. A representative was out to have a look and quote the job within a few days of submitting an email enquiry and within a few weeks of being approved by the Body Corporate committee contractors were on site and effecting the repairs. The whole process itself was very interesting and the results, unquestionable (see photos) We went from a significant drop between the driveway ramp and the visitor car parks, causing a great trip Hazzard.....finishing with two completely level surfaces, and the elimination of any Hazzard. The technicians were both great, were knowledgeable and had absolutely no problem with explaining the process, and left the site clean and tidy. I would highly recommend anyone with these sort of issues like sinking concrete (including pools apparently) to consider having resinject provide a solution. The alternative was to rip up a whole heap of concrete, full and re lay. this method relied on a few narrow holes through the slab, all of which were filled and cleaned before leaving. The Resinject team were so helpful and accomodating to our needs. We required a repair to our pool due to subsidence which turned out to be a bigger job than anyone realised. But Resinject were able to pivot and ensure the job was achieved as required, even though it required a change in dates to accomodate pool repair trades. Amazing. The pool deck on our property had a slab subsidence due to soil erosion over time. I contacted Resinject for a quote and had an evaluation done the following week. They were thorough and explained what the job entailed. The quote for the repair was very reasonable as well. On the day of the repair, Steele, Jye and Jesse from Resinject arrived on time. I own a 100 year old double brick house on a sloping site with sinking foundations that caused severe cracks between walls and ceiling up to 15mm wide After exploring alternatives and talking to engineers I settled on Resinject as offering the best solution at a reasonable cost. Their team led by Adam arrived last week at 7.30 and finished just after 3.00. They injected resin under the wall foundation on 3 sides and one internal wall. It lifted the sunken wall enough to close the largest crack by more than half. They had great equipment and could track the adjustment to within 0.5mm. I was consulted at all times and agreed with Adam not to push the lifting too far in case it caused other issues. It’s early days but I feel confident the underpinning will stop further sinking and cracking. Communication from all company staff was always good and I’m happy to recommend the resin injection method and Resinject as a top service company. Three cheers!
