The team was incredibly responsive and always quick to help — no matter how many questions I had, they were patient, understanding, and ready with answers or solutions.   We had a fantastic experience building with Martin Corp Homes. The director, Jason, was an absolute delight to work with and highly engaging throughout the process. He was always willing to bring our vision to life, shared great design ideas and options for our wish list, and clearly explained the details, as well as what was achievable and why. The quality of the build is excellent, and the project was completed quickly and efficiently. During construction, we had a couple of walkthroughs at various stages with Jason and the site supervisor, Chris, which gave us confidence and kept us updated on progress. Overall, Jason and his team — including their suppliers — were great to work with. The process was smooth and seamless, and we are extremely happy with the final result. I would not hesitate to recommend Martin Corp Homes to anyone looking for a reliable builder who delivers both quality and great communication.

  I would like to share my experience of dealing with Martin Corp Homes. As a first home builder, I had many questions and thoughts of how or if I could even build my first home … where to start? I was very fortunate to receive a recommendation from a trusted friend to contact Martin Corp Homes. It was the best decision which I could have made in terms of finding a builder and team who listened to my needs, answered my questions and communicated at all times through the building process. Nothing was ever too hard, too shall or too big to discuss. The building process was smooth, professional and very well managed, I am pleased with the quality of the final product and I am very pleased that the house of my dreams is now my reality and my home. My partner and I are so glad we chose to build with Martin Corp Homes and would recommend you to anyone looking for a builder. From our initial consultation, Jason was extremely professional, welcoming and personable. He took the time to help us understand our contract, inclusions and builders terms - this was greatly appreciated coming from first home owners. Our build was completely problem free and handed over well before contract date. You have exceeded our expectations. If we ever get the chance to build again it will definitely be with MCH.
