CJR Construction delivered outstanding work from start to finish. Their workmanship was consistently high-quality, and the team maintained a professional approach throughout the project. Communication was clear, timely, and they responded well to every request. A particular standout was their foreman, Tim. He was exceptional, proactive, organised, and always one step ahead. He simply got things sorted and done , which meant I never had to be concerned about anything occurring on site. One sub contractor was not up to their standard and was a cowboy in plant and Tim immediately dealt with it quickly and effectively before I said anything and before he could cause any damage. I have run millions in construction projects and I Highly recommended them after using them in my own house.

Clayton and his team are hardworking experienced tradesmen. After a young builder failed to start construction on my deck, Clayton took over and did a fantastic job during the busy time of covid. Great work and great communication all round, can definitely recommend.

We used CJR to build a two-story extension to our house. We found Clayton and his team to be fantastic throughout the process. The build went very smoothly, the team were easy to work with and the extension was delivered to a high quality, on time and for the agreed price. They were also great with final rectifications which we appreciated. We would definitely recommend.

Overall we found Clayton, Hayley good to deal with. The greater CJR team performed well, his carpenters were always polite on-site, had great work ethics and reasonably clean at the end of each day : ) . We had the work delivered on time, and kept at the agreed price point. Clayton was accommodating to the minor variables that popped up along the journey, particularly during early COVID on-set. I rate him !, the due diligence and good communication is refreshing.

After consulting with several builders, I employed Clayton to complete a renovation at my residence. And I’m most thankful and pleased that I did. Clayton is responsive, professional, and detailed. Importantly, the quality of the work he delivers is of a high standard. Personally and professionally, he is easy to communicate with and genuinely listens to his clients, offering advice and warmly alleviating concerns. Indeed, he graciously takes the time to answer all questions and explain the workmanship. During the renovation, I requested several variations and Clayton was most accommodating, ensuring that they could all be achieved within a reasonable timeframe. Further, he thoughtfully and promptly responded to any amendments that were required, efficiently organising the necessary tradespeople. I offer no hesitation in recommending him and now need an excuse to hire him again.
