Builder Direct Patios Sunshine Coast

My review is a little belated but warranted! Paul was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was quick and precise and the job was completed very quickly without any issues. Paul was kind, clean and efficient and our flyover carport looks modern and professional. Thanks again Paul! Would absolutely use your services again.

We have used Paul several times now, to complete a rear flyover and a carport. Paul is very professional. communicates well and his workmanship is excellent. He has completed two other jobs close to me on recommendation, and they are more than happy with the end result. Paul takes pride in his work and it reflects in the finished project. His prices are very competitive but quality is not compromised. Thank you Paul for your excellent jobs.

Paul is absolutely fabulous! He went above and beyond in installing our flyover, helping out and advising on other questions/issues regarding our reno. He is highly knowledgeable about flyovers and our flyover looks absolutely AMAZING!!! Also a really nice guy. Couldn't recommend Paul more highly!!

We got quotes from 3 specialist patio builders for our renovation. From the outset Paul was better than the other providers. He listened, made excellent suggestions, created a fantastic design, did everything he said he would (including turning up on time), went the extra mile to ensure that it was completed in a timely manner. We are thrilled with the result in both workmanship, looks and cost. A superb, honest tradesperson to deal with who really knows his stuff and has a good team around him. Highly, highly recommended.

They haven't even finished the job, yet I feel compelled to sing their praises such is the level of service delivered by Paul and his team. I got quotes from multiple well known places and was hoping that Paul's quote would be the best - because when I met him he was so genuine, thoughtful and discussed aspects that no other firm mentioned. Was it the best quote price-wise??? By far! The others felt like ticking boxes and pumping out the same product. Paul was clear on making sure that the patio didn't look like a flat roof propped up on matchsticks (which honestly is the vibe I was getting from the others). He took the construction style of my property into account and has delivered a great product. He worked through my fan and lighting choices - this wasn't even a discussion with the others. If you are considering a patio being installed, you are doing yourself a massive disservice if you don't enlist Paul. I would describe his service as old-fashioned, decent and thoughtful. From start to now, it's been on-time, neat, considered and great communication. His attention to detail is wonderful. I will be singing his praises to all. This review comes from a place of appreciation for customer service that seems entirely lacking these days. This man deserves your business. Kudos Paul and team I love my patio already and it's only 7/8 finished!

What a great local company to deal with. We obtained multiple quotes and not only were builders direct competitively priced they were a delight to deal with. From the beginning Andrew came around to discuss our project and provide us with a quote. Andrew was very easy going with no pressure or sales tactics and I knew this was the right company for us. Paul made sure to fit our project in around other projects we had underway and the process continued to be smooth throughout. Finally the patio is amazing and exceeded our expectations. We love it. Great product, great price and great people to work with. Thank you.
