Would highly recommend Oly Homes to anyone thinking of building a new home. It has been the easiest process from choosing our design colours and fixtures. The Oly team have been so helpful throughout . We are so happy with our new home. Thank you to everyone we had contact with and those behind the scene that do a marvellous job. We couldn’t be happier with our Oly home!! Of all the companies we looked into, we decided to go with Oly due to their proven history and experience; and we’re so glad we did. The sales team were great to deal with and not pushy at all; they made planning a custom house quite easy and throughout the entire planning phase we were made to feel in full control of ensuring our vision was achieved. They were also upfront with options and extra costs. Nari was awesome to work with for the final selections and really quick to respond with any questions/alterations; especially as we did it remotely. Once the contract was signed, we just sat back and watched our house be built through weekly updates with pictures, and had a visit to the yard to see it person as well. Installation day was very exciting, and aside from some delays due to extreme wet weather (which Oly were communicative and helpful with) went very smoothly. Oly’s experience, and the skills of the install team (Wes and Annette) were on show as everything fit seamlessly together. We’re extremely happy with the build quality and finish. The extended deck is amazing and our favourite spot in the house; lovely to enjoy a wine and snacks from the Oly hamper to celebrate. We definitely recommend Oly Homes.

What an experience!! I starting designing and liaising with Olyhomes when I was travelling Australia. They were so good doing it remotely like this. I had 2 houses delivered on my land, 1 was a granny flat (house) for my mum. This was an Oly homes design but they helped me with some mods for my elderly mum. My house, well, I still can’t wipe the smile off my face. I designed it and Oly homes helped tweak afew things. My kitchen is the hub and a WOW factor. I could not be more happy.. This was all done just prior to Christmas and they made it happen so we were sitting on our verandah Christmas Day, so thankyou. I love my new home and everyone who visits loves it too. I highly recommend this very professional and caring company.. It was a great experience and by the end we felt like family.

Oly made the experience of building a house for the first time really easy. I’ve heard some horror building stories from friends & family but building with Oly was an enjoyable experience. We are very happy with the quality of the build, the smart design details & the overall value for money. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our Experience with the team at Oly Homes was very exceptional,from Greg the sales team to Nari in Design.There was a few hiccups with delivery but the Building team Nathan and Jake was exceptional.All round great experience. The only fault we have is the cleaning of the house, Could hire cleaners to come out to finish the clean once everything is finished!!

I absolutely LOVE my new Oly Home. I found Greg, Scott and the whole team a pleasure to deal with and they have certainly delivered my dream home. They were very obliging when I made any changes and nothing was too much trouble for them.Thanks Oly!!
