Sebastian and his team exceeded our expectations. They have done two jobs for us now - a small deck and a nib wall and also a shed extension. They are really hard workers and everything was completed in a timely manner. The end result of both jobs was excellent. We would highly recommend them.

Basti and his team did our roof, guttering, and downpipe renovation, replacing everything. They are fantastic, we couldn't be happier with the finished product. Their attention to detail is faultless, they keep you informed at every stage, they advocate for you with materials suppliers (some of the tin sheets were bent during delivery, Basti had them replaced for us free of charge with no fuss). Their work is impeccable - several people, neighbours and random passersby, have commented on the quality of work just in the couple of days since it was completed - the quality of workmanship is obvious. Koark Constructions are genuinely good blokes who care about what they do and how they do it. They treat your job like it was their own place. Very impressive and genuine guys, and we won't hesitate to get them back out for any work we have in the future. I cant recommend them highly enough. If you live in the Sunshine Coast region of QLD, you cant do better.

It was so wonderful to get a reliable tradie! Basti was a pleasure to work with. He was great with his communication and a real professional with his work. And he cleans up! Basti and Josh, from Koark Construction, worked for us over 4 weeks, building in a storeroom under our house. They were absolutely brilliant, always professional; communication was great and they didn’t waste time. I know it was a pain-in-the-butt job, with the floor and block wall already done (in an odd manner), existing materials to work with and some very peculiar specifications. Despite that, they made an awesome storeroom that is completely weather, rodent and critter-proof, and overall, good value for money. One thing that struck us was Basti’s flexibility and high ethics. We had a family illness to deal with and they were able to work around that with us. More importantly, we knew we could absolutely trust them when leaving the house open for them while we were away. I highly recommend Koark Construction without hesitation.
