  From start to finish, our experience with Tullipan Homes has been absolutely fantastic. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and the entire journey of bringing it to life. The professionalism and dedication from everyone involved were top notch, and we’re so grateful for the smooth, stress free process. It all began with Mark, who worked with us during the design phase. Mark was incredibly attentive to our needs and wishes, and he made sure that we were able to customise our home exactly how we envisioned it. Any changes we requested were handled promptly and without hesitation. His expertise and flexibility really stood out, and it felt like he truly cared about creating a space that would be perfect for us. When construction began, Daniel our construction manager took the reins. He was absolutely amazing throughout the entire build. We appreciated how proactive Daniel was, he kept us updated with regular phone calls, always keeping us in the loop. It was clear that he was dedicated to ensuring the project ran smoothly. Even more impressively, Daniel and his team finished the house ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise! The attention to detail from everyone at Tullipan Homes was consistent, and we were thrilled with the final result. But what really stood out to us was their commitment to aftercare. There were a couple of minor issues post-construction, but they were addressed and fixed almost immediately without any hassle. This level of service was truly appreciated, as it’s not always the case with other builders. Overall, we’re incredibly happy with our new home, and I can’t recommend Tullipan Homes enough. From the initial design consultation with Mark to the flawless construction process with Daniel, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with a personal touch. If you’re looking for a builder that goes above and beyond, Tullipan Homes is definitely the way to go.

  We honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience building with Tullipan Homes. From the very first meeting, the team were warm, professional and genuinely interested in helping us bring our vision to life. Their communication was amazing the whole way through — we were kept in the loop at every stage, and any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. Every part of the build was completed to such a high standard, and it’s obvious the trades and supervisors take real pride in what they do. The site was always tidy, organised and well looked after. Even when little surprises popped up (as they do with any build), the team sorted them out straight away and made the whole process stress-free for us. What really stood out was the passion, care and dedication from the family — especially Angel, Jordan, Mark & Adam. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they constantly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The whole build ran smoothly, finished quicker than we expected, and the end result has genuinely blown us away — our first home is everything we hoped for and more. We’re so grateful to the entire Tullipan Homes team for giving us such a positive, seamless and enjoyable building experience. If you’re after a trustworthy, hardworking and family-focused builder, we couldn’t recommend Tullipan Homes more. Such a great experience from start to finish!

  What a great experience. From the initial stages of talking through our custom plans, to the speed the drafting process and final plans, Tullipan have been excellent. Mark and the team were transparent on costs, potential issues, gave us good advise and made the process as smooth as possible. Once the build started Mal our supervisor had everything running smoothly, kept us up to date with regular updates, called us if he saw a problem or had a question for us well in advance. There is nothing like showing up to see the progress of your house and seeing tradesman there working and that was the case throughout the build process. Commencing in April, handover December, just over 8 months was a real credit to our supervisor. Like other reviewers attention to detail was very good and you could see the genuine desire to ensure the build was finished like it was his own. We have built before and supervisors this good are very rare. Now that we have moved in and I watch the house opposite us from another major home builder, the progress is ridiculously slow, their supervisor is never there and is generally rude and unpleasant when he is. Im so glad ours was the complete opposite. The quality of finish is very good and the minor issues encountered for maintenance since we have moved in generally have been addressed in a reasonable timeframe and most importantly fixed first time. We had very few variations on our build, most of them were minor changes we wanted during the process, and certainly nothing that was hidden or forgotten by Tullipan. I'd highly recommend using Tullipan Homes, their desire to build quality homes is apparent in everything they do.

  After spending several years in a small house and a growing family, we tossed up what to do and what was the best option for us. We spent years dabbling in a knock down rebuild and longer talking about it. We spent countless weekends looking at display villages and the majority of builders could not help or we're not interested as we are on such a sloping block. We came across tullipan and looked at there houses and designs for probably close to 2-3 years. With 3 kids in a 2 bedroom house we needed to do something and so took another visit out to Tullipan homes at Box Hill where we initially met Adam. Nothing seemed to be too hard and everything became negotiable. He really listened to what we were trying to achieve and was honest in regards to budgets. He gave us some things to think about and ideas which might be beneficial to the build. We returned the following week and saw Jordan who was equally as helpful with the process. Being complete newbies, the whole tullipan team were patient with us and didnt force our hands in any way till we were ready to sign on the dotted line. After all the paper work was signed the site was handed over to the site supervisor Malcolm. Malcolm understood the brief, he saw the vision and knew where the job was at and where the trades were every step of the way. He was easy to communicate with and delivered a beautiful home in good time, well under the time they allowed in the contract. For the most part it was all smooth sailing, there were some hiccups along the way but were out of our hands and tullipans hands also. Choosing a smaller builder I feel paid off for us as everyone was only a phone call away and being new to the process, tullipan walked us through and held our hands every step of the way. It really made the process easy and satisfying on the same note after hearing so many horror stories out there. Came in on a fixed price contract as promised, although we did add quite abit but we're also credited for a retaining wall that wasnt required. I feel they were honest and transparent to deal with and when our plans changed, they adapted to suit. People often ask, would you build again and if so would I use the same people to do the job and I can honestly say I would.

  We couldn’t recommend Tullipan more highly. We really enjoyed the build process from start to finished. From our first meeting with Bob our sales consultant who met with us and walked us through our options for our sloping block and the build processes. We selected one of Tullipan’s upward sloping home designs and no request for a change to the design was too difficult. We moved and reconfigured the kitchen add a bedroom etc etc. The build progressed smoothly with no delays or unexpected variation requests. Again, no request through the build process was too much trouble. Tullipan have delivered us a beautiful and well built home. We had a couple of very minor post handover requests (eg an issue with our hot water and a window winder) Thalia was fantastic and had these addressed straight away. Thank you Tullipan for building our dream home. If we build again we will definitely build with Tullipan.
