We recently had our forever home built by Acrow Granny Flats, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, everything was well organised and ran smoothly. The process was quick, professional, and completely stress-free. Crystal in the office was always prompt, friendly and helpful, Duke the sales manager guided us through the early stages with clarity and honest up front pricing and Dario our project manager made sure everything went to plan and was built to a high standard. The quality of the build exceeded our expectations, and the whole team was a pleasure to deal with. If you’re thinking about building a granny flat, we highly recommend Acrow—professional, efficient, and genuinely great to work with.

Golly, I don’t know where to start. My small family and I had been on a very long journey of building our first home before we came across Acrow. Acrow was the 5th building company we engaged with, with the previous company going into administration. As time went on due to the cost of living, it meant we could only afford to build a granny flat. But what Acrow built, was a home. Our home. It is beautiful, it is spacious and it is everything we had been dreaming of. We will never be able to thank everyone in the team for looking after us, the incredible commitment and their amazing communication. We honestly couldn’t recommend Acrow enough. Thank you so much.

AN AMAZING BUILDER. We are so happy with our decision to pick Acrow Granny Flats. From the first meeting we knew they were different. They have such amazing people and processes that really work. Communications were great with written weekly updates on what was done and what is planned for the next week. The speed was unbelievable, the neighbours could not believe how fast it went up. The project manager was a magician in the way he co-ordinated the trades and dealt with any obstacles. Then when it was completed the quality was first class. The defect list was fixed in one day! I recommend anyone wanting to build - make sure you call these guys.

We started our granny flat process at the begining of 2020 and Acrow were the 3rd company we signed with. After paying a deposit and locking in an agreed cost to the 1st company, after several months, they increased the costs by 50%. We then repeated the process with a 2nd company who kept the inital costs the same until after final council approval, then they increased the costs by over 100%, apparently they found $150000 in unexpected site costs! We then approached Acrow and explained our situation. They took the time to look at our plans, contract and costings before we payed them anythng (a nice change). They couldn't see how the 2nd company had arrived at their site cost figures. Acrow suggested instead of starting again with council approval we choose an Acrow plan which is closest to our approved plan and apply to council for alterations. This was a realatively easy and quick process. Acrow stuck to the initial quoted cost and the only extra costs were ones we chose. We were very happy with the quality and professional manner of the whole Acrow team. Our point of contact, Dario was exceptional and was always easy to reach. Our final costs with Acrow were $130000 cheaper than the 2nd Granny flat company and $70000 cheaper than the 1st company. We highly recommend Acrow and would certainly use them again.

The staff from Acrow, are second to none. Everything they’ve said they’d do, they’ve done. We are still in the throes of moving in, so no pics at present. But we’d like to mention our appreciation of some of the staff. The sales staff with Duke, the client administrator in Crystal, were both friendly, excellent and professional, also in hand at all times. The accounts department were always on the ball, contactable and helpful, thanks Louize. Our build team, the project manager Dario, exemplary, great guy to work with. Of the builders we’d like to mention Michael Villar, every time he went over and above and really cared about his work. The contractor guys were all professional in the way they worked. Overall a very good experience. There will always be a few hiccups in any construction, but as a team, Acrow as a team try to solve these issues every time. Overall our experience with Acrow leads us to feel we definitely went with the right company.
