Manor Homes – Display Centre

Went in to look at their display home and had a chat with Frank Ginglo their design consultant. He is very helpful and a very professional salesman who offered us all the different options as per our needs.

My wife and I have thought about renovating for a while, but the cost of renovating was going to cost a lot. And the duration of the rebuild was going to be a while too. Then we came across Manor Modular Homes. We were shown throughout the showrooms by Frank Ginglo. He took us through the factory and explained the process from start to finish on a rebuild. Also at a much quicker time frame and cost affordability. We customised the house within the footprint and are working with them to make our home. They have been really helpful.

We could not be happier with our new home. Having never been involved with the building of a new home before we were a little nervous at the start but the team at Manor looked after us the whole way. No problem that could not be solved or question too silly. Highly recommend

Building our new house with Manor was a fantastic experience. The whole process was smooth and seamless, the communication was exceptional and each and every team member we met along the way was extremely kind and helpful. We loved being able to change details on the plans to suit our needs, and they offered extremely helpful advice on what options would work best and be good value. There was no pressure to upscale at any point, though when we did want to add extras, the Manor team were extremely helpful. The end result was a house that we absolutely love, which has been built and finished to a very high standard.

It has been a pleasure to deal with Manor Homes. At our first meeting, we were immediately impressed by the production facility and the professional, ‘can do’ attitude of the whole team. Our brief was for a more modern look, and Manor went out of their way to accommodate our requirements. From the moment we entered the gates of the Manor Homes warehouse we were nothing short of impressed by the staff, site and the homes. Wayne Reardon our sales consultant spent time explaining the Manor home process and showing us through the display homes that are available on site. We appreciated the variety of display homes on site that illustrated the inclusions of a standard Manor home package to a Manor Home with upgraded inclusions. Wayne took time to answer our questions and gave us detailed information that made us feel at ease with the Manor Home building process. Wayne took away any anxiety that we previously had. We spent 2.5 hours with Wayne and I must say it felt like 1 hour. At the end of the consultation appointment Wayne gave us a tour through the warehouse were the Manor homes are built from start to finish. It was a very informative and educational experience and it had us captivated and wanting to build a Manor Home. We were very impressed and I highly recommend that you do yourself a favour and visit the Manor Homes site and see what all the fuss is about, you won’t be disappointed. Oh and ask for Wayne he will ensure you are well informed and at ease with the Manor Home process.
