From beginning to end of our project, Nathan was highly professional and heavily invested in seeing our project through to completion. He kept open lines of communication through the whole project and even gave a courtesy call a few weeks after completion to see that everything was going well. The works completed are of an excellent quality with high attention to detail. Nathan negotiated a price that fit our budget perfectly, seeing us complete all our desired jobs on our new home! We had our custom home built by Executive Building Group, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the result. Despite the challenges posed by COVID-19, their team remained professional, communicative, and dedicated to ensuring our vision came to life. Before choosing Exec, we looked at other project builders, but the value they offered made the decision quite easy - no regrets! Throughout the build, the owner, Nathan, was incredibly responsive and ensured that everything was on track - one of the nicest, most down-to-earth in the game. From start to finish, the process was smooth and (almost) stress-free - that's a given with any build, period. We built our first home with Nathan and Executive Building Group in 2019. As this was our first build we spent a lot of time speaking with and researching builders. After accepting a tender with another builder, there was a significant delay in the time it took for them to prepare our contract. It was during this time we decided to have a look at a custom builder 'just in case'. Needless to say it was one of the best decisions we had made concerning our home. Not only did EBG get back to us quite quickly, but Nathan called me personally and we spoke over the phone for about 45 minutes discussing our plans and what we wanted out of our home. He was professional, reassuring and forthcoming with what they did and what we could expect with them as our builder. Not only were we able to have a custom plan that ticked all the boxes in terms of inclusions and price, we had a house that took maximum advantage of the size of our block (12.5m wide). Overall, we were more than happy with the level of inclusions for the price, and had some finishes we wouldn't expect from other project builders. During the build, the team at EBG were responsive and always returned our calls and emails in a timely manner. I also remember speaking with Nathan to tell him we were going to accept the tender and move to contract. He was genuinely happy and appreciative that we chose him to build our home. He carried that excitement right through our build, and handed over our keys ahead of schedule.

We built out first home with Nathan & Executive Building Group. We had issues with other builders initially. But after meeting Nathan we felt at ease. We were listened to. We were respected & we had a voice. Other builders spoke over our voice in the past to convince us what they wanted should be what we wanted. Ill be forever thankful to Nathan for holding our views in high regard & listening to what we wanted. Our build in the Kellyville area is the talk of the street. The structure is very attractive, we find the quality impeccable, the design phase was a very enjoyable process & we’re glad we followed Nathan’s advice at the planning stage as we wouldn’t have ended up with such a great result had we not taken his experience & advice on board. I initially got in touch with Nathan from Executive Building Group to help us build a duplex in North Ryde, after reading all the positive reviews on Google. Although we are unable to build the duplex at this time after gaining council approval due to market conditions, I have been extremely impressed by Nathan's extensive knowledge, responsiveness, advice and honesty. Nathan guided us through the process and referred us to a great design company to design and get our plans approved under CDC. He worked closely with us and the designer to ensure that we would meet our investment objectives and save on building costs where feasible, whether it be through an intelligent selection of building materials or avoiding certain roof structures.
