BTM completely renovated our tired and dated apartment in Manly. The whole process with BTM was seamless. We could not fault Joel and his team, they were very professional and really lovely to deal with. We had a few hiccups with the actual apartment building and they were very patient and accommodating whilst waiting for the problem to be resolved. We could not be happier with the end result, it’s just beautiful! We highly recommend BTM, they are now building us a studio at our house and once again, it’s been a fantastic experience.

I needed new work done on the house, and there's no way I would go to anyone other than BTM, as I'd had such a great experience with them 5 years ago when they did some decking for me. And, really, who knew that renovations would be SO MUCH FUN?! Firstly, when you have people in your home for months on end, you sure want to feel that you've got people who you can trust, and feel comfortable having around. And Jordan and Charlie were certainly that. They have both been utterly impeccable. A crack team! So hard working and such excellent craftsmen. They never forget a thing, and everything is always attended to effortlessly and skilfully. They are so professional, but also, thoughtful, caring and helpful. (Shout out to Tristan and Harry as well!). Also, all BTM's contractors are also fantastic, easy going and all so professional, and BTM will coordinate all of the for you. They make everything very smooth and easy. Quite remarkable really! It is clear to me that the culture at BTM is a very professional one, but also one with warmth and camaraderie. They were quick and efficient and all the boys worked so hard. They were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end, doing a really professional job of an excellent standard. Joel also coordinated with an electrician they use (TCA Electrical), who was also great, did an excellent job and also took great pride in the work. Top guys! Highly recommend them!

Joel is professional as a builder and he has an awesome team. They have good communication and email follow-up throughout the whole poject, care about what the client is thinking, very quick response and always work out the best option and implementation details according to your idea. His teams focus on the details, they are always thinking to make a better outcome instead of just finishing the job. And they are polite, respectful, keep promise and leave the site clean and neat everyday after the work. I am very happy with the new pergola area, it's very hampton, elegant and high quality. It's beyond my expectation and I will definitely look forward to working with them again in the future.

I sourced a few quotes for my outdoor area all varying in price. After being through a few Reno’s before good and bad, peace of mind knowing the job will get done well and without fuss was probably my main priority, which is why I chose BTM. The guys at BTM did a great job. Easy to communicate with and no work was ever a problem. The boys put in a few seriously long days in the heat to get the job done. Very happy with the finish and all the trades they used were great. Will use them for future works and would highly recommend
