Their expertise in land development and construction surpassed my expectations, delivering outstanding results. The team's professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were evident throughout the project, ensuring a smooth and successful process. There were small delays which I assume with every Land developer. I would also like to mention that I had a couple of times financial issues and were not able to make payments on time, but I was accommodated very gracefully. Keep countinue your great work. Your team is really the people.

  Amazing people to work with. Bought a land from this developer and was given a very convenient payment plan that perfectly suited my finances. Although there was a bit of a delay in delivery, but was given proper reasoning behind the delay by the developer, which I believe was acceptable considering the situations. Extremely satisfied and happy with my decision, an investment well rewarded, definitely worth it.

  To those negative commenters are already in profits of atleast $150k + just on their land, thanks to qurtaba homes it was indeed worth the wait for "The Heritage at Riverstone" When we have signed contract our solicitor has informed about a "SUNSET DATE / CLAUSE" which was 2 years and we got our land as per the contract signed. There were delays but it was due to many factors such as council approval,etc. Unlinke other developer who can enact the sunset clause, cancel the contract and sell it at higher profits, Qurtaba Homes were honest and would never do this, so THANK YOU

I never imagined owning my very own property in Australia as the prices, especially in Sydney, are exuberant especially during the years 2012 - 2018. Qartaba Homes made owning a property achievable through their payment plan which has NO INTEREST. Thanks once again to the team at Qartaba Homes for making owning a property be a reality for me and my family.
