It's been really great engaging with BuildQ. I got my plans done through an architect directly and so engaging with different builders to price up the project. Post my interactions with BuildQ I can say that they are professional, explain matters in a way that is easy for non-builders to understand and more importantly they really bring value. For example they found points of improvement on my plans which reduce construction costs which is a massive value-add. So many thanks to Dipak and his team with all the help thus far.
