Bray Building was recommended to us and it proved to be an excellent choice. Rob Bray provided concise easy to understand information at the beginning of the project a knock down and duplex build. Rob and his project manager Rod, listened throughout the project, problem solved and guided us with great choices and alternative options. The duplex we sold broke suburbs records and the duplex we live in has far exceeded our expectations, we could not be happier. This was our first renovation and a major one. Rob and the Bray team were exceptional in all aspects of building and renovation. Communication and transparency were important to us and they delivered. We love our completed Reno, on time and on our budget, I would recommend Bray to anyone considering building or renovating.

Rob and his team renovated our backyard (laying composite decking, grass, building a pergola, concreting down pavers, etc.) and we could not be happier! Even though it was a small job for them, Rob still gave us so much time and attention and fit us in throughout their other jobs to get the work done quickly. He was fantastic the entire way through the process - assisting us with design ideas, going out of his way to get the best prices for materials and labour, managing the whole project and his entire team work to a really high standard and are all just great guys. Thank you so much to Bray Building and the team for building our dream home! We decided to go with Bray Building at the end of 9 months of research, designing and meetings with several other builders. We took our process to the tender stage with the other builders and then just before signing, we contacted Rob just to have one more option. It was a meeting at our house, a simple conversation talking to him about our vision and showing him the plans we wanted - no signing, no going over stuff we were not interested in, just a conversation. The instant connection and honestly we had with Rob, had us, a few days later, pushing all the other builders to the side and signing with Bray Building. It was hands down the best decision we had made. We were introduced to Rodney Byrnes, who was our amazing Project Manager. Rodney was honest, accommodating and the team he works with just became more than people building our home. We interviewed a number of Builders before deciding on Bray Building - Rob impressed us immediately with his enthusiastic approach to our design but more importantly, his clear explanation as to the break-up of costs and what was involved at each stage which gave us a great deal of comfort for our budget. Rob and his young team of builders were exceptional, their work is of the highest standard and Steph (who works behind the scenes in Admin) was always there to guide us along the way. All in all, the whole team led by Rob made the daunting task of building our first home so much easier with their ideas/experience and guidance, which took a lot of the stress away. The end result being our beautiful custom-built 'forever home' that we couldn't be happier with!
