The finish of the house is excellent and to a high standard. Neil and Nick were so understanding and obviously know what they are doing and strive to achieve a high quality finish. We felt like we were in really safe hands and are so thankful for our new home. Would highly recommend them.

  We recently had the pleasure of working with StarHomes, and we couldn't be happier with the results! Our new home was delivered almost 3 months ahead of schedule, which was a fantastic surprise. The build quality is absolutely exceptional, with every detail meticulously crafted to perfection. What truly sets StarHomes apart is their outstanding customer service. Their team was always responsive to our calls and emails, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally. The maintenance crew has also been excellent, ensuring everything runs smoothly even after the delivery. If you're looking for a reliable builder who delivers on their promises and goes above and beyond, we highly recommend StarHomes. Thank you for making our dream home a reality! Updated after moved in 4 months: we didn’t find any defects within the 13 weeks defect reporting period. However, we noticed a water leakage on a side of the wall in the 16th week. We emailed StarHomes and Jack took care of the leak in the next 2 days and had everything patched up in the next week. We couldn’t be happier with their service and awesome customer service.

  The team at Star Homes delivered a high quality house for us, and we are very pleased with our new home! We unfortunately had to go through industry-wide delays with the pandemic and floods, but Star Homes pulled through in the end and sped up the build process to get us in as soon as possible despite those conditions. We are also impressed with how Star Homes provided many items as standard inclusions (such as 40mm benchtops and downlights throughout), that other builders try to put in as variations or luxury extras. Although Star Homes is growing and always busy, we were also appreciative that the team tried to keep up communications with us. Thank you again to the team at Star Homes! - Simon and Tracey

  I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Star Homes and especially to maintenance supervisor Jack Barrie. I had experienced the water leak/penetration from ensuite to ceiling downstairs. From the initial call to the completion of the repair, it was fantastic. The maintenance supervisor, Jack Barrie responded quickly to my call and was able to schedule a visit within 24 hours. He was knowledgeable, professional and explained the process clearly. He had gone above and beyond to efficiently manage resources, lead his team effectively, and ensure the safe and timely repair. Jack is such a valuable member to Star Homes and I would highly recommend Jack for his excellent service and professionalism.

As first-time homebuilders, we had countless questions and uncertainties, but Neil was incredibly proactive throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond, even dedicating two hours on a Friday evening to patiently address all our concerns, leaving us feeling confident and excited.
