Adrian did a fantastic job installing Venetian wooden blinds and curtain rods downstairs, including mounting the rod securely into a brick wall. He also replaced our dated towel rack with a new one. He was efficient, professional, and completed everything within a short time frame, which really helped us out. The quality of his work was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I’d highly recommend Adrian to anyone needing window furnishings or small handyman jobs—reliable, skilled, and easy to deal with!

Adrian from Proline Building and Maintenance was fantastic. The initial job was to remove our decrepit BBQ and outdoor kitchen. He showed great adaptability when he encountered complications. When he made suggestions he always communicated clearly ahead of time what everything would cost so there were no surprises. He had no issues expanding the scope of work; as a result we now have a new fully functioning BBQ and a platform to rebuild our outdoor kitchen. Couldn't be happier.

Adrian has been really good in keeping me updated on his position as to when my project will be done. As soon as he scheduled the work it was on time. He has explained to me what the problem and how he will tackle the job. I am happy now that my sliding doors were functioning really well. I can recommend Adrian and use his services again if need to.
