  We had a fantastic experience with LifeSpan. We had an old clear fibreglass patio which got damaged in a hailstorm so needed a complete replacement. We did a lot of research across Canberra and was really glad we went with LifeSpan. Nathan answered all our questions and concerns and didn't hesitate to attend the property a second time to walk us through the options. He arranged for new plans to be drawn up as well as all the necessary approvals with the ACT government. Communication leading up to commencement of the work and throughout was great from both Nathan and Glenn. The team attending the build were quick, tidy and respectful. Glenn was great at answering our questions as we went along and problem solved any issues that popped up ensuring that we were informed and happy with the approach. The final product is outstanding! We have extra height now which brings in lovely light to the house and the railings with timber tops look wonderful. We are very pleased and can't wait to enjoy our new patio throughout summer. We would definitely recommend LifeSpan.

  Big shout out for "LifeSpan Building Group". Outstanding work, delivered in a timely manner at the highest industry standards, for a competitive (honest) price and no surprises. Nathan and Glenn are very approachable, extremely knowledgeable and experienced professionals. They really take care of the business, going above and beyond. They answered all of our questions and concerns, often finding for us more suitable, clever and cost effective solutions. From the early stages of planning (a fairly large timber deck + flyover pergola roof), throughout all the building approvals, till the very end of the project, they have followed our work at every step of the way. Last but not least, the team of tradies doing the actual job, were quite skilled and versitile. Working with them was easy-breezy. Even if it took a little longer than expected, the whole journey was unexpectedly pleasant and almost awe-inspiring. Needless to say, the new deck and pergola are now uplifting the whole look of the house. No doubt in my mind on who to call for my next home improvement project. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends, but I believe, the quality of their final product speaks volumes. Thank you and keep up the good work guys!

  Lifespan recently completed a somewhat complex project involving installation of flat roofing, insulated roofing, pergola beams and a timber deck. I couldn't be happier with the final product, which has exceeded my expectations in design, quality and functionality. The combined architectural experience of Nathan and construction expertise of Glen and their regular communication throughout the project was the foundation of its success. The workmanship of the crew, Brandon and Logan was outstanding in quality. These men were careful, considered and performed the job with grace. I am immensely pleased I was able to find a building company that I could trust and rely upon. Based on my experience with Lifespan, I would highly recommend them.

  I couldn’t be happier with the work Nathan and his team from Lifespan did on my pergola from start to finish he was professional reliable and incredibly skilled. He turned up exactly when he said he would, explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done to perfection. His team’s attention to detail and pride in their work really showed. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the quality of the job and customer satisfaction.   An easy 5 star experience. Nathan came out and inspected the site and patiently listened and took notes as I prattled on about what I wanted. He then suggested a few things and did some out of the box thinking to come up with a solution. I have two BBQs and a little pizza oven in our small space (that's normal, right?) so I needed some airflow when I'm using the smoker etc but still to have it sealed in as possible. The quote in the end was very reasonable (around 40% cheaper than one supplier for a very similar build) and we went with the quote. The installation took a little longer than expected but the guys doing the install were great, the place left spotless when they left and the end result is exactly what I wanted. They went the extra mile as well. My wife wanted a step installed as the current drop to the backyard was a bit high and I was expecting some metal brackets drilled into the concrete and a timber length to be screwed to the metal. What we actually got was a custom built step, manufactured on site that was a metal base and a totally boxed in step, shaped to fit our wonky, angled concrete perfectly. Extra photo added to show you what the old one looked like. All in all, I would recommend these guys every time. I wonder if they make sheds...... :)
