Overall experience from first contact to finish has been excellent. Initially, Michael G provided excellent phone & email support in formulating a design to suit customer requirements & optimise costs. Finished product has a great look & feel both structurally & aesthetically and is so much better than the ready to instal products available in big hardware stores. As a value-add, it will be great if base sealant addition all around the perimeter can be offered as an optional extra maybe at a charge for (fussy) customers like me to keep out creepy crawlies & groundwater during torrential rains these days.
