  We built with Regal Homes and absolutely love our home. I previously built a home with a different builder a decade ago and this was a far better experience across the board - the entire Regals team were great to deal with. Regals also have great sub-contractors - some of whom they have worked with for decades. When little things went wrong during the build as they always do, I could always talk these through with Matt and they were remedied. This was not always the case with my previous builder. Overall very happy with our home - thanks Tash, Matt and team!

  We recently completed our build with Regal Homes in 2023 and overall, we had a fantastic experience. Both my partner and I were extremely particular and hands on with the build and Regal certainly rose to the challenge. Our site supervisor, Haris was a joy to work with and did a fantastic job managing the build. His communication was always on point and no matter how trivial, he always had time to answer our questions. He went vastly exceeded our expectations with his dedication and you could see he took great pride in the product (which is fast becoming a rarity in this day and age). This was clearly reflected in the quality and workmanship of the final product, which was extremely high (a huge relief given all the issues facing the industry post-COVID). Overall, we really felt we had a custom experience with Regal, as the process for building wasn’t as rigid and formal as what you would expect from volume builders. When decisions needed to be made, we were often spoke directly with the trades/suppliers involved. All of Regal’s trades and suppliers were a joy to work with and we noted many had been involved with the company for decades. We would wholeheartedly recommend Regal Homes to anyone looking to build a quality home. People often say, “they don’t make them like they used to”, well in our experience Regal Homes still do.
