We built our 30-square single-storey home with them in Box Hill, NSW, and couldn’t be happier with the result. Unlike many of our friends who built with other companies and faced variation charges, we weren’t charged a single dollar extra. The range of products and selection options they offer during the process is excellent, and the price we paid was worth every cent.

  Our experience with Manhattan custom home has been very satisfactory. We wanted to customise the plan to suit our very specific needs. Deep and PJ were very patient in hearing us out and introduce us to their very capable architect. From the planning to handover the process was very smooth and painless. The facade is so unique that it stops people walking on the street to admire it. The inclusions are super-modern and very classy. We love our house to the bits!   From a dream to the concept and finally the build. PJ and Deep from Manhattan Custom Homes were there with me every step of the way. I did a lot of research and met with many builders before finalizing with Manhattan Custom Homes. Their knowledge (in construction), and their honesty stood out and I haven't regretted my decision for a moment since. PJ, Gurleen, and Deep spent countless hours with me on every little aspect of design, material selection, and construction. Every little material was thoroughly researched and selected after careful consideration. They listened to me with loads of patience and delivered every customization I wanted in my house. My house was built and the key was delivered to me even before my expected occupation date. There were so many lovely personal touches, and I kept discovering the little practical spaces in the house (small niches, designer downlights).. We absolutely love their professionalism and the way PJ, Deep and Gurleen went above and beyond when delivering our dream to us. If I have to build another house, I would not hesitate for a moment before choosing them all over again.
