Tony & his trades have been absolutely amazing from the very first phone enquiry, through the quote process & all the way through to the very end of our full home renovation. As a first timer through a renovation, we needed a builder who could guide us through the process & Tony always went way above & beyond to help us realise our dream. Any questions we had were always answered straight away & the guidance & advice he gave us throughout was awesome. We had A S Spano Builders do our renovation for us & from start to finish…and even after finishing they’ve been amazing. Post completion of our contract we were wanting to do more renovations of our bathrooms & desperately needed a plumber. After having trouble sourcing within our budget, we gave Tony a call & he went out of his way using his contacts in the industry to find us a plumber who could help. This extra after service care actually saved us between $2500-$3500 from the other quotes we were able to get. This also occurring in the Christmas/New year period but didn’t phase Tony at all to go the extra mile even though he had completed our work. Both Tony, Sam & all their trades have looked after us incredibly & we can’t thank them enough for all they have done for us. Thank you again guys & we look forward to giving you a yell in our future projects too.
