Adam Cowling Constructions has recently undertaken 2 renovations on our 40-year-old home at Broulee. Personally, and professionally, Adam was a pleasure to have as our builder. His project management expertise, building experience and his excellent tradespeople meant that both renovations went smoothly with no unnecessary delays, nor misunderstandings or disappointment. Observing Adam and communicating with him during our renovations it was clear that quality was important to him, both technically and aesthetically. Adam and his crew completed a substantial renovation on my property, recently. Although there were a few unforeseen challenges nothing was too difficult for them. Communication, workmanship and attention to detail were first rate. I cannot recommend Cowling Constructions highly enough.

I can highly recommend Adam and his team. He was the only builder that I could find in the district who was happy to take on the job of replacing boards which were very old and with an obsolete profile, on my beach house. He organised electrical and plumbing work as well which was also done with thoroughness and care. He was wonderful at keeping me informed about progress and making sure that he understood what I wanted. He is open, respectful and cheerful and left everything neat and clean. All of my questions and requests were followed up and sorted. I would unreservedly recommend his work.

Adam Cowling undertook some significant repairs, which included roof, ceiling, fencing, deck and attention to rust problems. Our experience of him was first class--in workmanship, in attention to detail, in speed of response to issues we raised, in communication, in cleaning up after the job, and in taking initiative. If we had to do the same thing again tomorrow, he would be our instant choice.
