We chose TLC to build our home and studio in 2017. We chose them on their willingness to discuss possibilities for alternative solutions that would bring the costs for our architect designed project within our budget. They treated us with respect and they were honest and open as well as appreciative of the architect's design. We are very happy with the final result so much so that for our recent extension to our studio/workshop they were the go-to builders. Again, a highly satisfactory result has been achieved. We highly recommend TLC Constructions.

TLC have delivered a great outcome and something that our family looks forward to living in and using well into the future. Tim and Dee were great to work with from the outset when we approached them with our project, providing honest and frank advice prior to and during the build process. Our house was completed within the projected time frame (even with the impacts of the recent bush-fires on the south-coast) and allocated scope agreed to in the contract. As with most projects things change, and to their credit TLC were able to adapt quickly and provide a range of different options and solutions to remedy unexpected issues with only minimal impact to the budget and cost of the build from the . The level of detail and quality finish provided by TLC and their subcontractors exceeded our expectations, and where there were any issues they were remedied without issue. I would highly recommend TLC to anyone looking to build on the south-coast and look forward to maintaining the relationship that was built between our family and TLC's during the build.

Rob Henry Architects had Dee and Tim from TLC build one of our projects in Lilli Pilli and we were delighted with both the result and their approach to the construction process. They were incredibly easy to work with due to excellent communication skills and a willingness to work as a team. They fully embraced working with an architect and our collaborative approach to fine tuning details. I have been associated with TLC constructions for many years and have been fortunate enough to monitor the high quality of the renovations and new homes build by these Builders. From my observation the quality is second to none, professionalism is of a high standard, contract management and site supervision is excellent and communication with clients is at a high, friendly professional level.

Tim, Dee and the team at TLC were fabulous. We couldn’t have asked for a better quality job delivered in the timeframe as promised. Nothing was ever a problem and we now have our dream home by the beach - modern and roomy, but magically still true to the character of the original house. Love it.
