  Working with Daniel and his team to design and build our new home was a real pleasure. It makes the world of difference working with a team that shares your values and vision. The design process was highly collaborative enabling us to realise a house design that exceeded our aesthetic, functional and thermal performance wants and needs. The build phase of the project was executed with a high level of quality and attention to detail by a team who takes pride in their craft. From a project management perspective, everything was managed effectively, minimising our stress levels when it came to making the multitude of decisions that needed to be made and coordinating the various trades. I would highly recommend Daniel and his team to anyone looking for an innovative and high performing design and construction team that is breaking the mould of traditional builders on the NSW South Coast.

  Daniel and Geoff made the whole process easy, from first consultation to final plan approvals. The advice, the availability and understanding of our needs was outstanding. The anxiety of building out of State and not knowing where to start was a huge stress, however from our first discussion with the team our mind was put at ease, everything was done over the phone, except initial site visit which they accommodated on a weekend so we could travel. Honestly can’t say enough about how professional, friendly and ethical Daniel and Geoff are.Thank you Daniel & Geoff, see you at the house warming party👍

  We first contacted Dan in 2021 about the renovation of the seaside house we’d bought as our family home. We originally wanted to rip off the front of the house and replace it with a floor to ceiling curved window to open up the view and allow us to interact with the surrounding environment from our house. We drew our vision of the house on the back of a napkin in our first meeting with Dan, and he received it with a can-do attitude that he maintained for the entirety of the project. Once we got started our original vision quite quickly snowballed into a comprehensive renovation of the whole house. Dan was able to translate our ideas into a possible reality with his skills as a draftsman. His abilities with CAD technology made this process quick and smooth so we were able to get on with construction. We have been asked many times since the renovation has been completed if we employed the services of an architect, and it is a point of pride for us that we can answer that it was our local draftsman and builder who brought our vision to life. We love that our house was constructed by local craftsman. The whole team Dan employed were friendly and professional. It really showed that they take pride in their work, often staying back and working into the weekend to perfect the task at hand. He also worked in tandem with out interior designer, Alesja Swilo, and a range of specialised contractors to complete all the elements of our house. The facade of the house was the most ambitious and unique feature of this project. We pulled off the floor to ceiling curved glass, echoing the shape of the bay we look out onto. More than this, the glass can slide back to achieve an elegant and innovative indoor/outdoor lifestyle. The results are phenomenal. We are so grateful to Dan for overseeing this project with his calm, mature demeanour, clear communication and willingness to roll with whatever ideas we threw at him. He was readily available throughout whole duration of construction to discuss what was happening and tweak as we went. He and his team were a pleasure to work with and we wholeheartedly recommend his services to any prospective clients. Babette and David
