  After researching many companies that offered value-for-money builds, we felt Reward Homes delivered exactly what we needed, quality construction at a fair price. The generous inclusions in their fixed-price build were a major factor in our decision, and we’re so glad we chose Reward to create what we consider our final home. Regular communication was very important to us, and from the start, the customer liaison manager, Amba, made the process smooth and stress-free. Living in Sydney while building over an hour away, we appreciated being able to visit the site whenever we needed and having the flexibility to modify plans, within an approved numbered of times, prior to construction beginning. This gave us confidence that our home would truly meet our needs. Amba, Chris, Greg, and Cora were always available to answer our frequent (and relevant!) questions and handled every request efficiently. While we faced a few challenges along the way, none were deal-breakers. Reward Homes managed these situations professionally, ensuring positive outcomes. Communication remained consistent, and the result was an on-time, quality build. One area for improvement (the reason for 4 stars on this feedback): Reward Homes should avoid making plan changes after sign-off by the customer, without consulting their client. Being truly honest, this happened a couple of times during our build and resulted in a few disappointing outcomes for us, however we moved on and we can openly say that these few (none-deal-breaker) items were the only negative experiences, in an otherwise excellent experience.

  From start to finish the team from Reward Homes were professional and actually cared about us and the finish product they were handing over. It was like they were building their own home. We had built with a major project home builder for a previous build and the difference between the two was huge. The Reward Homes design team thoroughly went through our plans ensuring the layout would be best for our family now and in the future. The colours team were extremely knowledgeable and helped us immensely taking on such a daunting task. Our site manager Chris, was second to none. He was on top of trades and communicated with us regularly to let us know exactly where things were at. Our home was handed over in a timely manner and we couldn’t be happier. The finishes (included as “standard”) on a Reward Homes build are incredibly high. Any other builder would charge SO much more for what they regard as a basic inclusion. Highly recommended Reward Homes!
