I recently had my main bathroom, ensuite and powder room fully renovated by Dylem Constructions, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, they were exceptional. Their attention to detail is on another level. Every line, every tile, every measurement was carefully planned. They made sure my walls were tiled perfectly with no tiny offcuts, and they even aligned all the stone work to match the tile heights. Those little touches make the biggest difference, and you can tell they genuinely care about the final result. Communication was fantastic throughout the whole project. I always knew what was happening next, who would be here, and what to expect. They had someone on site nearly every day, always turning up early and ready to work. Their professionalism and consistency made the process feel easy and stress-free. But honestly, what stood out the most was how polite, considerate and respectful they were in my home. They were incredibly mindful of my kids, laid protective covers over all my new flooring, took their shoes off whenever stepping off the protective mats, and even moved furniture so nothing was bumped or brushed against. They treated my home with so much respect, and that meant a lot. Not only were they excellent tradesmen, but they were beautiful people to deal with. We genuinely enjoyed having them here each day. If you’re considering a renovation, I cannot recommend Dylem Constructions highly enough. Their workmanship is flawless, their eye for detail is unmatched, and their professionalism is outstanding. Absolutely deserving of a 5-star review.

My wife and I have just finished a bathroom renovation with David Wright of Dylem Constrctions. We couldn't be more happier. David's communication is excellent. When he says either he or one of his team is going to do something, it's done. Every night our home was left clean and tidy both inside and out. They're there on time and do a very professional job. I can't speak highly enough about David, Dylan (plumber), Kieran (carpenter) and Haan (tiler) who are all such fantastic guys and really hard workers. You hear of nightmare trades, these guy's are the exact opposite. We're so pleased we went ahead with David and his team and would recommend them to anyone.

We recently had two bathrooms renovated by Dylem Constructions and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Dave was recommended to us by a family member who had used his team for their bathroom a couple of years earlier, and from the moment we met Dave we knew he was the builder for us. The entire team were fantastic, Kiran (Carpenter) and Dylan (Plumber) did the majority of the work for us and we couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and attention to detail. Haan (tyler) did a fabulous job with the tiling too! The whole team were extremely professional, easy to communicate with and all round lovely guys. Dave and the boys were exceptionally patient with us as first time renovators, giving us a lot of guidance and advice . Every detail was discussed with us first, from tile layout to the placement of fixtures and shower head height etc. I would not hesitate to use Dylem Constructions again and highly recommend their services.

We couldn’t be happier with our new main bathroom and the incredible work carried out by David, Dylan, Keiran and the team. We were super impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. David provided excellent advice during the planning stage, helping us refine our ideas and select the right fixtures and components. David and the team were very communicative throughout the process, were punctual, respectful of our home and neighbours and just made the whole process as pleasant and easy as it could have possibly been. Spent a couple of months with David and team as we gutted our laundry and main bathroom space. At all times we felt in partnership with the design and split build that allowed us living continuity while renovating. Bittersweet now it’s done because we are left with a glorious product, but are missing a few good people that were an integral part of our party of 5 for 8 weeks. Going into the process I was nervous but I was impressed by their professionalism, skill and ability to problem solve and deal with unplanned issues when they arose.
