Ruby Homes

Ruby Homes built and handed over the house to me about 12 months ago. I held off writing a review about them on purpose, becasue I knew there would be some warranty works and other stuff that would need to be looked at after handover. I wanted to experience the entire build and support cycle with them before writing a review (and help others in making a decision whether to use Ruby Homes or not). Anyway, let me start. The intial stages of planning, drawings, Council liaison, CDC compliance, Sydney Water correspondence and all other headaches was (to say the least), very well taken care of by the Team. Then came the actual build phase. The excavation, foundation laying, frames, bricks, roof, elctricals, carpentry, gybrocks, bathrooms, tiles, floorings, paint and everything else were all done to not only meet the minimum standards, but better than that. If you choose their mid-range inclusions, you will be more than happy to find out that their inclusions are actually really good. They give you 2.7m high ceilings both up and down stairs. This makes a really huge difference when you consider that houses nowadays are not that big in size and on smaller blocks of land. The 2.7m high ceilings is a nice inclusion. Tiles in toilet and bathrooms are all the way to the cieling. Aircon is included. You get water and gas connections in the alfresco. Bascially, the day to day things that you do not realise are all being thought of by the Ruby team and included in the build. Now to the people and my experince with them. Managment (Bishwas and Sudeep), Supervisor (Biplop) and admin (Dina & Sam). I am not exaggerating, but they are all very lovely people. They listen to you, understand what you have to say and will give you their opinion as well (if they think there is a better alternative). Now onto the build time. These guys were able to finish my build within 9-10 months. That is pretty impressive nowadays. Not many builders are able to do that but it is a norm for these guys. Regarding handover and warranty period - once again, cannot fault these guys. One phone call to Biplop, and the poor bugger will jump over hoops and hurdles to get it addressed. I am sure that not only Team Ruby, but his parents are also very proud of young Bips (as I call him). He is a people's person. All in all, Team Ruby is very good to deal with. They not only build you a house, they build you a HOME. It was a pleasure dealing with these guys. All the best with your projects and I highly recommend that you consider Ruby Homes. P.S: I recommended my sister to use RUBY Home and her project is underway at the moment. Needless to say that she is quite happy as well.

It was so pleasure to have Ruby Homes build our home. We just moved in to the house, and it's really so satisfying. Right from the beginning, they took care of the things. The house plan was done beautifully and also executed fantastically. They accommodated frequent changes and were always ready to listen to customer needs and address the needs. A huge thank you to the team at Ruby Homes! We just finished our build in Gregory Hills and dealing with them was a breeze. They really took the 'scary' out of the construction process. Everything was handled with such professionalism, and the final result is a beautiful, high-quality home. We especially want to thank our site manager, Dipendra.
