  From the moment we contacted Beecraft about our possible home extension and renovation, we felt very comfortable with the ethos of the company, being a locally owned business with a business model that ticked a lot of boxes for us. With good communication, Beecraft organised everything for us from surveys, groundworks & certification and commenced construction on time. The young team of builders were very polite, considerate of our privacy (while we lived in our home through renovation), highly skilled, and a lovely happy team led by site manager Pat & construction manager Michael. We could not fault their punctuality and ability to address all our concerns & queries. With skilled workmanship using quality materials (even sourcing rare products to match the existing floorboards and timber exterior), we are absolutely delighted with our new spaces, and the look and feel of our home. Beecraft did an exceptional build for us, finished on time, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others who are looking to extend, renovate or rebuild.   We recently renovated our home (Jan - Dec 2021) in the North Shore with Beecraft. It was a major renovation including extensive/challenging excavation of the backyard (in rock) to make way for a two-storey extension. The project was delivered close to budget and on time (11 months), which was amazing given the disruptions of Covid lock-down. Our project manager was Michael and site manager Luis. Michael is a seasoned builder with superior project management skills and has a very high standard for the work/finishes. Luis and his team were excellent, always polite, and ever so helpful. They dedicated their time to our site throughout. The Beecraft landscape team led by Jackson and Tom have been wonderful too. They created a cost-effective, low-maintenance yet beautiful garden with wrap-around hedges for us. The last but not the least, Beecraft use only quality trades and suppliers who have been affiliated with them for a long time, some more than 20 years. It is the long-term partnership that allows Beecraft to dictate the quality and reliability of their trades and suppliers. We still could not believe how stress free our renovation has been. The experience far exceeded our expectations. What we saw during the process were the rare qualities hard to find in the current building industry: honesty, integrity, responsiveness, dedication and work ethics. Look no further if you are thinking of renovating or building a new home! No job is too small for Beecraft.

  Beecraft built a house for us on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. They did an excellent job and we are extremely happy with the result. The build was completed ahead of schedule. The company was very easy to deal with. Their tradesmen and subcontractors were all excellent and high quality. We had Richard as project manager and Lukas as site manager. Both were incredible - very knowledgable, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to help us get the results we wanted. The building was very accurate and high end and the costs were very reasonable and any extra costs were discussed well in advance without any surprises. I would highly recommend Beecraft for any building project including a new house build.

  We undertook a major renovation adding another storey to our bungalow and completely renovating all the downstairs. Beecraft did everything from the design and DA to the construction and fitout, managing the majority of the trades. I have nothing but praise for the Beecraft team led by PM Michael. Whilst we watched friends with other builders going under and being delayed during COVID our renovation ran very smoothly. Most importantly Michael is a great listener and always clearly communicated his intentions, resulting in us achieving our dream home. Since then they have always returned without hesitation to rectify any issues. Thanks guys.

  Beecraft extended our federation house on the north shore of Sydney. We had Richard as project manager and Sam & Jake as site managers. We were recommended by friends who had used the same team to do a similar build and had nothing but praise for them. We weren't disappointed. Beecraft's quality and workmanship is first class, but we already knew that because we saw it at our friend's job. However, what surprised us was the professionalism, positive attitudes, strong work ethic and enormous RESPECT for us and our property. From all workers and subcontractors. The build went to schedule and close to budget. Additional costs were discussed well in advance and we were given options to assist with that. Super happy with the project and my wife and I would absolutely do it again. We've already recommended them to two more friends who are now using them too. UPDATE: we've now also used Beecraft's landscaping service with amazing results. Visitng family thought our backyard was like a resort! Jackson and his team went above and beyond and transformed our entire backyard in just 3 days. Unreal.
