It has been the second time building with Barrington Homes and the experience and quality both times has been flawless, from start to finish. It was a little dream of mine to build the Esperance design, as I have always loved the layout. A few tweaks and I am so glad I did, the design suits us perfectly. I have absolutely loved building this home with an awesome team of people in the office and the best supervisor there is, they have all been so helpful along the way, making dreams come true. A Barrington Home showcases quality and quite simply, stands above the rest, you can tell the moment you step in the front door. Thank you to the Barrington Team, I can’t wait to do it again!

We love our Barrington home! From the start of the design process right through to completed build, Barrington were fantastic to deal with. Personalised design amendments were no problem & the quoting process was fair and transparent. Our site was challenging with flood & bushfire issues but everything was dealt with to exceed council requirements and Barrington handled all the necessary paperwork. The follow up communication in the months post completion was excellent with some minor warranty issues handled promptly. We are now 6 years down the track and still completely stoked with our beautiful home. If you want quality construction from a reliable and professional building company, you won’t go wrong with Barrington! Thank you Barrington. Ps I will add that we went with Barrington as our friends had built with them 5 years earlier & they had a magnificent well built home & highly recommended Barrington (& they had previously built homes with 2 other companies)

We've had the pleasure of providing IT support services for Barrington Homes, and it's been a smooth and professional experience. While we haven't worked with them on any building projects ourselves, their team has been responsive, organized, and easy to collaborate with. Based on our experience, they run their business with integrity and professionalism—qualities that are just as important behind the scenes as they are on the job site.

Building with Barrington Homes has been an absolute pleasure from day one. The whole team are so friendly and were extremely helpful (particularly seeing we had some unique challenges with our block). Our Site Supervisor Mark was amazing. He consulted with us regularly and responded immediately to any questions/requests, making us feel like valued clients. We are so impressed with the quality of work and level of customer service provided by Barrington. We even received a decent return from our provisional allowances which was a lovely surprise in the end. We absolutely adore our new home! Thank you Barrington Homes. Matt, Olivia and Georgie Hunt, Barrack Heights

Here we are leaving this review, after having built two incredibly beautiful homes in The Southern Highlands with Barrington Homes. From the beginning through to completion of both of our building journeys, the staff at Barrington were supportive, creative and proactive. They were flexible in finding ways to make our ideas a reality, particularly with customising their floor plans to position the homes perfectly within the surroundings. They provided weekly building updates, quickly resolved any unforeseeable issues during and after the build, and were approachable, friendly and competitively priced. Lastly but not least, the quality of their builds were phenomenal. Cord went above and beyond to rectify even the smallest of defect. We can’t thank Andrew, Cord, Angela, Shane, Michael, David and the entire Barrington team enough for building such stunning homes. This definitely won’t be our last Barrington build and look forward to working with them in the future! With many thanks, Andrew & Ellie

We have just completed our beautiful Barringtons built home and are thoroughly delighted with the superior result. Throughout the process from design, DA, through to build and completion, the Barringtons team has been thorough, professional and collaborative. We particularly appreciated the flexibility with both design and build that enabled us to add our own features and work together for the result we wanted. We are already receiving high praise for the masterfully built home. Thank you to Andrew, Cord, Angela, Shane, Michael, David and the entire Barrington team for building such beautiful homes in such a cooperative and customer focused way. We highly recommend Barrington's Homes.
