A Class Building and Construction, led by Scott and Rob, delivered an exceptional experience from our initial consultations to the final walkthrough. We hired them for the knockdown rebuild of our home in Figtree, and the result exceeded our expectations. Scott and Rob's team, including site foreman Jay and all subcontractors, were professional, punctual, and accommodating throughout the entire process. They were also willing to take on the challenge of building our airtight, energy-efficient home, working seamlessly with our architect to create the family home we envisioned. A Class Building have completed 3 projects for us.First was a major renovation on our waterfront property.We had many niche requirements.An electric hatch to our rooftop garden, lift and the enclosing of an outdoor space.The results have been spectacular with locals commenting on the outstanding tradesmanship and quality of the work.Throughout the build the team, particular Scott and Rob worked tirelessly to overcome the hurdles of a clifftop property facing the ocean with great success.We are thrilled with the result and commend them for their effective and friendly communication with us before ,during and after the build. Their impressive efforts led to us using their services to renovate an apartment for an Air B and B rental and finally a fit out of a utility space in a warehouse. Everything was completed efficiently and effectively.The contractors used were all amazing, particularly Goode by Design who worked with the A Class team to create beautiful and functional areas in our home. I wholeheartedly recommend The team for all the work they have done for us...I sing their praises to all who ask what builders we used for our home.I am sure we will use them again for future projects, as they care about the work that they produce and deliver results that are outstanding.

We had major renovations done recently by A Class Building. We found them to be easy to deal with, flexible and they always kept us in the loop with status of the build. A Class Building and Construction completed our renovation in 2022. Rob and Scott were outstanding to work with and my wife and I recommend them highly. Throughout our renovation they worked with us. Each morning, they would be respectfully waiting outside our garage door between 7-7.30 each day and when we opened the door they would provide an update of the planned works for the day and help us make decisions for the renovation. Nothing was a problem and any problems (which will occur on any renovation) were dealt with quickly and with minimum fuss. The crew of builders were enthusiastic, polite and worked to a very high standard. Rob kept us informed throughout the build with regular after hour phone calls and this was regular enough without being overwhelming. We recommend A Class building highly.
