Troy and Caleb were absolutely fantastic helping us finalise our renovation plans and then bringing it to life. I particularly valued Troy’s insights about what he would do in his house and what works and doesn’t work, down to simple things like if the toilet goes there, where does the toilet paper holder go. It sounds silly but these are small things that if you get them wrong at the start can be annoying and costly to fix at the end. They were always on time and transparent about the costs and we have since recommended them to others looking for building or renovation work!

Did a quality job on our renovation. Communication was good especially with covid restrictions not allowing us to be at the property while renovation was occurring. Gave me some good ideas to use in the bathroom. Quality work from both the Miliken and their contractors. Would definitely recommend Miliken Builders.

Troy and his team responded to our request for a small structural change at our business premises in Wollongong. Troy was able to fit us in at short notice and solve a long running difficulty. He and his team arrived on time, caused minimal interruption and worked quickly. The work done was quick, of a high quality a they cleaned up before leaving. A high recommendation is well deserved.
