Balcroy Homes

The service and quality of workmanship provided by Don is excellent. He is very good at his job. I would like to say that he is honest, reliable and experienced and would recommend him to everyone that needs renovations done!

We had our home built by Balcroy Homes and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Don’s attention to detail, quality of finishes and high standard of workmanship really stood out throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Don was always approachable, kept us informed and was always more than willing to help. It made the whole experience smooth and stress free. We would definitely recommend Balcroy Homes to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled builder.

We engaged Don to do the fix out carpentry on our new home which involved 18 doors 15 windows and 400 lineal metres of architrave and skirting boards. Don's attention to detail and professionalism really impressed us. He was prompt, well priced and guided us through timber door and hardware selections which made us feel at ease. I'd have no issue in recommending Don and Balcroy homes for all your carpentry needs and would be happy to back it up with further contact if required. Cheers Paul

I highly recommend Balcroy Constructions, who recently built a 4 bedroom home for me. It was great dealing with the owner of the business, Don is an honest builder, with excellent workmanship, he was reliable, his attention to detail is impeccable, he was flexible with requests and had great ideas. It was the best decision I’ve ever made. My home looks amazing !!

We had a fantastic experience with Don. From start to finish, the communication was excellent. We always knew what was happening at each stage of the build, and welcomed onsite for a quick visit or a chat. Any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. Even after completion, the service and support have been outstanding. It’s rare to find a builder who genuinely cares about the finished product and their clients long after the keys are handed over. Highly recommend!
