We’ve had a really good experience with Mane Homes. The process was well run from start to finish and the team was easy to deal with throughout. Communication was clear, things were explained properly, and any questions or changes were handled without fuss. It felt like they genuinely cared about getting things right rather than just rushing through the build. The quality of the work met our expectations and the overall experience was smooth and far less stressful than we’d anticipated. We’d happily recommend Mane Homes to others looking for a builder they can trust.

We built our first home with the team at Mane Homes, and we couldn't be more grateful for the experience. From start to finish, they were professional, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. The team was patient with us, taking the time to explain everything in a way that we could easily understand, and they accommodated every idea we had for our custom build. Communication was exceptional, with weekly updates, and the build was completed well ahead of schedule. In contrast, friends building in the same area have had negative experiences with larger companies, which makes us even more thankful we chose Mane Homes. We highly recommend Mane Homes for anyone seeking a personalized building experience. They offer very competitive pricing, deliver high-quality workmanship, and provide peace of mind during what can often be a stressful and overwhelming process. A special thanks to Matt, Roy, Jess, and the entire team. Our custom-built home has far exceeded our expectations, and we are truly grateful for such a positive and rewarding experience building our first home.

We thank Mane Homes for building us a beautiful custom-built home where the quality and workmanship is superb. Meeting Matt on a previous build, we knew him as a man of integrity, and we were more than happy to proceed with a new build, with Matt and Roy at the helm of Mane Homes. From conception of our design to completion, the service provided by the Mane homes team was impeccable. Roy’s knowledge of design played an especially significant role and Matt’s advice is trusted and transparent. Matt and Roy were able to bring our dreams to fruition. Building a new home can be incredibly stressful however building with Mane homes was the best experience we have had with a builder. Even though we had issues with the Council as the property has Heritage requirements, the expertise of Mane homes made it a bearable process to get through. Each team member is approachable, contactable, thorough and are always willing to help in any way. Alison was always on top of every stage, is a great mediator with building associates and was fully versed with our build. Jessica was wonderful to deal with and is a great communicator. Jessica was extremely helpful with all the choices for the colour selections, appliances, materials, and her advice was valuable. Neil the Site Supervisor was extremely competent and organised with the build. You knew how the build was going every step of the way and he was always obliging with his time and knowledge. Neil ensured all the trades were providing their best work. We have built homes with three other Sydney metropolitan builders over the years and Mane Homes is the only builder we would use again and would happily recommend to our family and friends. Matt also played an integral part in sourcing land for our son and daughter in law to build their first home with Mane Homes and they are extremely happy with their custom-built home. Continue the splendid work and thank you!
